Wir bereiten die neue Moving Cinema Website für 2025 vor

Gruppen-Organisation

Die Zusammensetzung und die Bedürfnisse jeder Gruppe junger Kurator_innen (Anzahl der Mitglieder, Arbeitsmodell, Art der Räume für die Programmgestaltung, usw.) bestimmen ihre Organisation.

Im Allgemeinen kann es von Interesse sein, Arbeitsbereiche einzuteilen, zum Beispiel: Gestaltung, Inhalt, Kommunikation und Verbreitung, usw. Die Ausarbeitung des Programms wird jedoch von der gesamten Gruppe vorgenommen.

Es ist auch wichtig, mit der Gruppe festzulegen, welche Instrumente der internen Kommunikation verwendet werden sollen und wie jedes einzelne davon konkret eingesetzt wird. So kann zum Beispiel die unmittelbare Kommunikation über Messaging in Gruppen (z.B. WhatsApp) oder private Facebook-Gruppen erfolgen. Zum Anderen kann sich ein Cloud-basierter Arbeitsraum (z.B. Google Drive) anbieten, um Dokumente und Dateien auszutauschen.
