In this third edition of cooperation between Moving Cinema and D'A Film Festival Barcelona we enlarge the range of the collaboration developing the Sala Jove, a new section of the festival specially devoted to the young public among 16 and 25 years old.
The section counts with 7 films, 3 creation workshops and a concert. Six of the films are selected by a group of Moving Cinema Young Programmers and two of the workshops are in the care of Cinema en curs filmmakers Meritxell Colell (Con el viento / Facing the wind) and Alba Cros (Les amigues de l’Àgata / Àgata’s friends).
Young Programmers also accompany and present the sessions and conduct the dialogues with the invited filmmakers and the public. The films programmed are As duas Irenes, Brothers, Everyone in Hawaii has a sixpack already, Grímsey, High fantasy and Night is short, walk of girl. To these titles a carte blanche of film director Mar Coll is included. She chooses L’âge atomique, by Héléna Klotz.
