Group Organisation

The composition and needs of each group of young programmers (quantity of members, model of work, typology of the spaces for programming, etc.) define its organization.

In general, it can be interesting to create commissions of work, for example: design, contents, communication and diffusion, etc. However, the elaboration of the programme is made by the whole group.

It is important, as well, to establish with the group which tools of internal communication will be used and the specific use of each one. Thus, for example, the immediate communication can be made through groups of instant messaging (e.g WhatsApp) or private Facebook groups. On the other hand, a working spaces in the cloud (e.g. Google Drive) can work to exchange documents and files.
