Mladi programerji
Filmski programi, ki jih mladi ustvarijo za mlade, imajo dvojno vrednost: poglobljeno usposabljanje mladih, ki tvorijo skupino programerjev, in inovacije v načinu doseganja mladega občinstva na splošno.
Programiranje filmov pomeni, da si film pozorno ogledamo, poznamo delo režiserjev, vzpostavimo povezave, razmislimo o tem, kako film predstavimo javnosti: s čim ga pospremimo, kako ga posredujemo, da omogočimo njegovo odkritje in razumevanje. Pri razvoju teh procesov mladi programerji vzpostavijo zelo poseben odnos s filmi, ki jih gledajo in programirajo, in jih potem delijo z drugimi mladimi.
Vsaka ustanova razvije svoj specifični delujoči model, neposredno povezan s tipom in kontekstom programov.
