It has been collaborating with Moving Cinema since 2022, inviting a group of Young Programmers to select and present a short film from the X Films section at each edition. Additionally, Punto de Vista is part of the specific Inside Cinema section in collaboration with festivals.

The Punto de Vista Documentary Film Festival has been held annually since 2005 and is one of the major references for independent documentary cinema in Spain. It is the successor to the formerly known Video creation festival, started in 1993.
