The Asturian mountains of Cangas de Narcea are home to the last guardians of a centenary tradition, the oral transmission of songs, romances, and legends. These women were taught by their ancestors, but now, nobody continues their legacy and their voices remain silenced. A visitor arrives to the valley with an antique recording device that guards these women’s voices registered long ago. Obsessed with those profound folk songs, he decides to set out on a journey to find them.
